Rainbow Trout
Our unique Black Canyon rainbow Trout is the result of decades of expert selective breeding. We have crossed the top strains of rainbow and steel-head to come up with an exclusive fish breed that exhibits massive growth, vibrant colors, and aggressive feeding behavior. They are raised in pure 50 degree water where stocking densities are kept low to ensure excellent fin quality and overall health. We feed a premium fish food diet which ensures good health, excellent skin coloration and a deep, salmon-colored flesh. They are renowned as an excellent sport fish while also producing a a thick fillet for commercial fish farmers and processors. Available as triploid, diploid and all female.
Cutthroat Trout
Our Snake River Cutthroat Trout are the perfect choice to add some diversity to your trout fishery. Cutthroats are prized among fisherman for their aggressive behavior. Our Cutts exhibit excellent color and can grow upwards of 20”with improvements in growth rate coming each generation.
